I have always had an interest in problem-solving, especially involving technology, machines, and the people that willingly or unwillingly have to use them.
Like you, I know
Also like you, the more I read, watch, and learn, the more I am reminded of what I still don’t know.
From my experiences, I have learned that “not knowing” is not a defect or a reason to stop. Instead, it is simply a starting point for asking questions and seeking answers.
I am not an expert, although I have accumulated years of knowledge and experience in a number of areas. I do not have advanced college degrees or a four-year degree. I do have a two-year associates degree.
Over the past 45-plus years, I have had the pleasure (and luck) to work in
All of which required a lot of problem-solving dealing with the new, the unfamiliar, and the unknown.
My book “Introduction to Successful Problem Solving” (soon to be available on Amazon) shows you how to use your everyday skills and experiences to successfully solve problems.
For those that think problem solving is beyond your ability, let me be very clear. If you are alive, you can problem-solve. Yes, the first couple of times you try, it may be scary admitting to yourself, “I do not know.” With time, “I do not know” becomes nothing more than a starting point to solving the problem.
My goal with this blog is to start a conversation with you regarding successful problem solving.
